Grading: 20% Problem Sets, 50% Exams, 30% Final
Problem Sets: There will be problem sets roughly every week due Wednesdays at 3pm. Most of the problems will be posted on WeBWorK. These sets will collectively be worth 20% of your total grade. Remember your initial login is your Loyola username and your password is your Loyola ID number. Note additional suggested problems are posted below.
Exams:Two exams and one final will be given during the semester. You may not use outside resources: calculators, other students, other books, etc. Each exam will constitute 25% of your total grade (50% total) and the final will constitute 30% of your total grade.
Late policy:No work will be accepted late without prior arrangement or a written excuse. Neither exam or final may be made up without prior arrangement or a written excuse.
